Product Transition
From Research
to Rapid Deployment
Black River Systems excels at transitioning advanced R&D into rapid prototypes for early deployment, assessment, and support.
Production
In-house capabilities including development labs, assembly workstations, and electronic test equipment. Initial test articles assembled internally with full-scale production through build-to-print partners. Multiple production lines ensure competition and quality.

Deployment
Challenging integration and operations deadlines met through agile development and Continuous Integration processes. Over 500 Ninja units deployed worldwide. The team manages orders, logistics, delivery, installation, quality assurance, and adaptive maintenance — achieving 96% operational availability.

Operational Assessments
Prototypes placed with operator communities early to analyze performance and gather direct user feedback. Assessments evaluate effectiveness and suitability, identify improvement opportunities, and generate process improvement recommendations.

Training
Comprehensive training at the Duette Training and Testing Center (DTTC) in Florida — an FAA-authorized facility spanning 200+ acres with access to 21,000 additional acres. Curriculum includes system setup/teardown, C2 operations, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and scenario-based exercises. Mobile training teams available.

Maintenance
